Senior Flutter Developer
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mobile Apps Developer (Flutter) to join our growing product and engineering team. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing the Pure Matrimony mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
This is a senior hands-on development role that requires strong technical expertise, deep knowledge of Flutter, and a keen sense of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Pure Matrimony mobile apps using Flutter.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Ensure app scalability, performance, and security while maintaining clean, maintainable code.
- Integrate APIs, Firebase, and other third-party services as needed.
- Implement effective state management (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX).
- Handle deployment, updates, and ongoing app improvements on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
- Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt, and maintain high coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-grade Flutter apps.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, responsive design, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Firebase, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
- Familiarity with native Android/iOS development (Kotlin, Swift, or Java) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and test-driven development (TDD).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
