Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategies, and team leadership. This role will oversee the creative, performance, and organic marketing efforts across all channels, including social media, email, paid campaigns, and content marketing.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can plan, implement, and optimise marketing campaigns while leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve measurable growth. You will ensure that all marketing initiatives align with our brand values, resonate with practising Muslim audiences, and drive engagement, conversions, and long-term community building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and manage the creative, performance, and social media teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Mentor and coach team members to strengthen skills, creativity, and performance.

2.  Performance Marketing Oversight

  • Oversee PPC, paid social, and programmatic campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and conversions, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy.

 3. Organic & Content Marketing

  • Supervise social media strategy, email campaigns, SEO, and community engagement.
  • Ensure content is Islamic, culturally sensitive, and brand-consistent.
  • Analyse organic performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimise engagement.

 4. Brand & Campaign Management

  • Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all platforms.
  • Plan product launches, promotions, and campaigns in line with company goals.
  • Ensure all messaging reflects Shariah-compliant, values-driven principles.

 Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs across all marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Generate actionable insights and reports for leadership.
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media, and content strategy.
  • Proven track record of leading marketing teams and delivering measurable growth.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, paid social, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing campaigns for deen-based or culturally sensitive brands is a plus.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
