HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead our human resources function. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance — ensuring that Pure Matrimony remains a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with Pure Matrimony’s mission and values.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Manage employee engagement, retention, and professional growth initiatives.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  • Foster a positive work environment and culture where all employees feel respected and valued.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues with discretion and empathy.
  • Manage payroll coordination, compensation reviews, and benefits administration in collaboration with finance.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, employment contracts, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Identify and implement training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Support leadership in organizational planning, structure, and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR managerial or senior HR executive role.
  • In-depth understanding of HR operationsrecruitmentemployee engagement, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan (and familiarity with international HR standards).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in HR softwareMicrosoft Office, and Google Workspace.
